Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort supports hundreds of community organizations each year, through the contribution of lift tickets. All donation requests must be submitted in writing, on your organization’s letterhead via mail, fax or eMail.
Please be sure to include:
- the organization and a general description of how the donation will be used
- the date of the event, or the deadline you need a response by
- the mailing address where you would like the donation to be sent, should it be granted
- the contacts name and telephone number

We attempt to process requests in a timely manner, however we need approximately 4 weeks to process your request. We apologize that requests received within this timeframe may not be granted. Due to the magnitude of requests we receive, we ask that you not contact us by phone for donation inquiries or follow up concerning the status of your request. Instead, please submit your question in writing to one of the aforementioned methods of contact.
