Donation Requests

Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort supports hundreds of community organizations each year, through the contribution of lift tickets. All donation requests must be submitted in writing, on your organization’s letterhead via mail or fax.

Please be sure to include:

  • the organization and a general description of how the donation will be used
  • the date of the event, or the deadline you need a response by
  • the mailing address where you would like the donation to be sent, should it be granted
  • the contacts name and telephone number

The review process may take up to 8 weeks. We’ll do our best to review your request in a timely manner. We regret that requests received with less than 8 weeks to process may not be granted.

We are unable to respond to phone calls or emails inquiring about the status of your request.
