Shipyard Build Nate Goodman Video

We're excited about the efforts our Parks Crew is putting out this season - already building stellar parks at Shipyard and the Zoo, and now constructing jumps in Rose City. We're also stoked to ally ourselves with Nate Goodman - a film producer who's going to document what's going on in freestyle at Meadows this season. Here's his first feature - building Shipyard. Oh - and we have some bonus pictures of Shipyard taken today by Paul Jones our Guest Services Director. Enjoy!

Nice work guys, I'm impressed with all the work that's already being done with the parks! The video blog is a nice touch too! I was wondering, is there ever going to be a rope tow for the Shipyard? What happened to that rope tow you had for the kids before the Magic Carpet came in?

Meadows: It's been in discussion but there are some issues we need to iron out (power, positioning, staffing, safety, etc.) No solid plans yet but a good idea.

Kudo's to the park staff, I thought it was great to see as many park features on the hill so early in the season.Made for a fun time playing in the parks.Normally not interested in park riding but when there is no POW to slay it was nice to have a diversion.Pray for snow.I thought the idea of rope tow for Shipyard was a good one. Might keep Butter cup from being overwelmed by park riders.
