Portland Ski Fever & Snowboard Show November 15-17

Meadows will be at the Portland Ski Fever and Snowboard Show November 15-17 at the Expo Center in a big way. We’ve expanded the space to accommodate our guests who will be able to get information on every aspect of recreating at Meadows this season.

BUDDY UP for Early Season Pass Pricing

We understand that many guests thought the deadline for season passes was the ski show (as it has been in past years), and are now concerned about missing that deadline. So we pulled a page out of our pass play book and are offering a “Buddy Up” special at the ski show. Bring a friend (or several friends) to the ski show, and you can get the early season price on your season pass when purchased together. So when two or more passes are purchased together at the show, you’ll get the early season price.
We’ll have our pass cameras to take pictures and issue passes right at the ski show. You can get discount coupons for the ski show at this link.

It’s the biggest tour stop for the Burton Riglet Tour - we’re building an awesome deck with ramps to introduce ages 3 to 6 to Snowboarding. Using the Burton Riglet system, our phenomenal coaching staff will give the young ones their first lesson, and actually give them the feel and sensation of riding. It’s a great way to get ready for the season. We’ll have T-Shirts for the first 100 kids each day, along with tattoos and stickers!

Meadows operates the largest ski and snowboard school in the Northwest. And all of our learning program products, packages and services will be on display at the ski show. Talk to our trusted advisors about what learning program will be ideal for you, or for your family. You’ll be able to sign up for upcoming sessions - Adult Clinics, Kids Holiday Camps, Weekend Youth and Adult Midweek sessions starting in January, or even daily kids and adult ski school lessons. Our professionally certified instructors are passionate about the sport and sharing it with you. Get stoked and stop by Snow Sports Services at the ski show.

Everyone knows the best deals of the season can be found at the ski show. Our sports shops are no exception - with last year’s new and demo skis and snowboards discounted up to 70% off the regular retail price. There are also great deals on outerwear and accessories to keep you warm and comfortable on the slopes, without breaking the bank.

Meadows has teamed up with Hood River and 14 lodging properties to offer guests greatly discounted lift passes. One day passes are $49 when staying at these properties - and there’s also a special 3-day pass for just $99! Junior lift passes are $30 a day. Hood River complements a Meadows getaway, whether for a weekend or the entire week. The 3-day pass can be used 3 of 5 days, to give you flexibility to explore the Gorge and enjoy the many dining, entertainment and retail experiences Hood River offers. These lodges also offer the 3 Time Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package for just $99 - so you can take a mini-vacation and learn to ski or snowboard.

Mt. Hood Meadows has become a featured event site for corporate meetings, team building sessions, recognition and rewards or client appreciation events. Find out how you can easily organize a group outing to Meadows, and let our group specialists take care of all the arrangements. Whether you’re just looking for a good deal on lift passes and rentals for a group of 15 or more, or want to put together a catered event, with private instruction, guided tours and a recognition program, we can put it together for you. And if you’re thinking about an awesome location for a wedding, we can make those arrangements, too.

Let’s face it, with an average of 100+ buses arriving at Meadows each week, we’re in the transportation business! Our weekend and midweek transportation programs will be featured at the ski show, as will our partnerships with shuttle services.

We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Portland Ski Fever and Snowboard Show, November 15-17 at the Expo Center!

Are you guys going to open this next weekend??

Meadows: Not November 16 and 17 - and we don't know yet about next weekend. It all depends on the snow accumulation this week. Snow dances everyone!
