    Aprés Ski Entertainment: Fruition

Fruition Band at Mt. Hood MeadowsLess than 24 hours after being introduced to each other in early 2008, this quartet knew that they'd be together for a long while. Three years, two albums and hundreds of performances later, that realization is stronger than ever. As they continue to broaden their sonic and geographic horizons, the band stays true to their humble beginnings performing on the street. Fruition tours (or detours) are a mix of spontaneous street concerts, rowdy saloon hoedowns and all-night house parties. The band is becoming well known for their timeless brand of harmony-driven folk/soul string music.

    Aprés Ski Entertainment: Shook Twins

Shook Twins at Mt. Hood MeadowsShook Twins are not your average folk duo. They have some tricks up their sleeves. One girl plays the guitar, glockenspiel, mandolin, and sings into a telephone and bocks like a chicken, and the other plays wah-wah Banjo and loops various melodies and beats to make it sound like more than just two identical twin sisters. Together they sing in twin harmony, which is a whole different experience from non-twin harmony. They bring an exciting, lighthearted energy to the stage that seems to be quite refreshing.

    Tony Smiley

Tony Smiley at Mt. Hood MeadowsTony Smiley, aka The Loop Ninja, is absolutely captivating as he rocks the Boss Loop pedal, looping every single instrument to build a whole world as he takes you along on a ride of rock, world fusion dance mixed with old school roots of 80's/90's new wave, beat boxing mixed with mongolian throat singing and a dash of middle eastern tabla. Without use of any laptops or prerecorded tracks, Tony lays down track after track live as he creates a breath taking performance that leaves everyone who crosses his path completely captivated! His songs are original, groove laden works of art. Tony Smiley is a one man band who (in the words of Andy Summers) will "completely make you a believer!"
