Adult Group Lessons

Purchase lessons in the Children’s Learning Center located on the first floor of the South Lodge Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Periods, or the Rental Shop any day of the season located on the first floor of the North Lodge. Please arrive at sales station at least one hour prior to lesson start time in order to get rentals and arrive at your lessons on time. Children’s Learning Center opens at 8:00 AM.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, and closes promptly 30 minutes prior to lesson start time, or earlier if all lesson groups are filled. Please remember you will need extra time for traffic, adverse road conditions, and taking a shuttle from where you are parked to the lodge. Arriving early will make your experience relaxed and hassle free.

Lesson start times are 10 AM & 1 PM. Check in at lesson area (on the snow side of the North Lodge, look for the green banners and fencing) 10 minutes prior to lesson start time.

Adult "First-Time" Group Lessons
Learning to ski or snowboard really only takes a sense of adventure and a willingness to give it a try. With the right attitude, you'll very quickly find yourself moving beyond the beginner level. Adult "First-Time" Group Lessons are for students age 13 and older.

Adult Group Lessons
Learning is fun - especially when you are in a group with others of your own ability. Meet new friends and work on common goals under the guidance of a professional instructor.

You can choose from 2 or 4 hour lessons, which provide the time for individual feedback and practice. A group normally consists of four to eight people of similar abilities. Reservations are not necessary and group lessons are offered for all ability levels twice a day. If there is only one person in the group, the lesson will be 1 hour. Adult Group Lessons are for students age 13 and older.

Private Lessons

Accelerate your performance by taking a private lesson with one of our certified professional instructors. Get the most out of your day - pick up some great advice on technique and tactics for skiing (or riding) the conditions of the day AND get lift-cutting privileges during your lesson. Private lessons are for students of all ages.

It is recommended that you make reservations for private lessons by calling 503-337-2222, ext 1222. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Check in is required 30 minutes prior to your lesson start times. 24 hour notice is required for changes to private reservations.

You can add additional people (of similar skill levels) for a very affordable upgraded price or add additional hours for only $55.00 per hour.

For all Private Lessons we also offer 5 for 4 packages. When you purchase any 4 private lesson products in advance, we give you the 5th lesson for FREE. All five must be the same product.

Evening Adult Group Lessons (13+)

Evening Adult Group lessons are offered Wednesday-Sunday and are 2 hours in length. We offer lessons at 4:00pm for first time riders only, and at 6:30pm for first time and green level riders only. Twilight Kids Club (Alpine 4-12 / Snowboard 7-12)
Twilight Kids Club runs on select evenings in December, January, & February. Parents receive 1 free adult 3pm – close lift ticket for each child enrolled in Twilight Club. Kids are supervised from 3 PM – 7 PM with lessons from 4 PM – 6 PM.

Twilight Club costs $65, and includes a lift ticket for the child as well. Add dinner for $8 and rentals for $5.
