Age 4-12 Daily Lessons and Camps - Children's Learning Center Check-In Steps
Step 1
We recommend 8:30 AM arrival time on weekends and holidays, and 9:00 am arrival on weekdays. Registration closes at 9:30 AM for morning and full day lessons and 12:30 PM for afternoon lessons. Fill out registration forms – front, back, and ski/ride ability. Fill out rental forms – pink highlighted portion of the form (include updated height and weight). After your first visit this season, we will keep your paperwork on file behind the sales desk. All subsequent visits will require an update of ski/ride ability level, height and weight.
Step 2
Pay and pick up lift ticket at sales register - be sure to place the correct ticket on each child - this is how we identify and sort our students.

Step 3
Rentals! Proceed to boot counter; boots should feel snug, but not cut off circulation. Make sure that the foot and sock are the ONLY things in your child’s boot. Pants and other layers cause pain. Be sure your child’s height and weight are up to date (we have both height chart and scales if you need them) We take care of the skis, proceed to check in.
Step 4
Sign-in desk – this is where you leave your child for the day. Sign in and receive wristband, be sure to list any special needs or allergies on sign in sheet. Your child can be signed in between 8:30 and 9:30 for the morning/full day lessons and between 12:15 and 12:30 for the afternoon sessions.
Step 5
Visitation during lessons – be as inconspicuous as possible. Some children get distracted, compromising lesson quality.
Step 6
Pick up/sign out – Must happen in Children’s Learning Center at sign-in desk. Only those with a wristband will be allowed to enter. Pick up times are 12 PM for the morning session and 3 PM for the afternoon session, if you would like instructor feed back. Otherwise children can be picked up at 4pm. Only parents of half day children will be allowed back at lunchtime to pick up their children.
Must enter only through the front sign-in desk, not through the back door. This allows groups to get settled with their instructor indoors before meeting with parents.
Must talk with instructor before leaving with your child to get a report card. Equipment can be used until closing, however the gear must be removed from the Children’s Learning Center by 4 PM. Any left over personal items will be brought to concierge. Rental equipment can be returned to the Rental Shop on the first floor of the North Lodge.
Post your child’s report card on the refrigerator (to show your pride) and remember to bring it back next time so we know what class to place them in!
