   Content Release

   I hereby grant permission to Mt. Hood Meadows Oreg, Limited Partnership, Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort (MHM) to use my photograph(s) or stories ("Content") on its World Wide Web site(s), without further consideration, and I acknowledge MHM's right to scale or treat the Content at its discretion. MHM has full authority as to which Content they choose to publish and is not required nor obligated to use any Content that I submit.

   I also acknowledge that MHM may choose not to use my Content at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Content or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Content.

   I understand the internet is accessible to the general public. In giving consent, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless MHM from any and all responsibility or liability related to the Content. I do certify that I am of legal age and possess full legal right to the Content and the legal capacity to authorize the release of the Content. I have read this release and I fully understand and agree to the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
