Other than the snow conditions –
correctly performing equipment will have the biggest impact
on your enjoyment on any particular day. If your gear isn’t
responding correctly, bring it in to our tuning and repair center.
We can do a quick-tune turn around, or if the repair is more
extensive, leave it with us so we can have it ready for your
next trip to the mountain. Of course, you can always demo equipment
while yours is being tuned.
Sometimes
the difference in an excellent day and one that is a struggle
is only 2/10s of an inch. It’s amazing how many skiers
and snowboarders forget about waxing their boards – and
while it is a fairly simple process, they go from visit to visit
and season to season without waxing. If you’re not set
up to do it yourself, we can apply a fast wax of the day for
just $5. If it’s been a while you should probably consider
a performance wax or a wax and edge tune.
Too many
times an otherwise brilliant day is compromised by sore feet.

– there is no reason why you can’t ski with comfortable
