Hours of Operation
Mt. Hood Meadows is scheduled to operate daily from opening (whenever we receive enough snow - usually in November) through April 27 with lifts scheduled each day at 9 AM. We'll also be open for encore weekends May 2-4 and May 9-11, with a Season's End Festival on May 17. Scheduled lifts can vary with business levels particularly later in the season. Meadows may reduce operations midweek in April, following Washington spring break, depending on daily attendance. This could affect Hood River Express, Heather and Shooting Star Express, which would affect terrain park operations in Forest Park and Park Place, as well as gated access terrain such as Heather Canyon, Private Reserve and S&R Cliffs. While we would prefer to operate all lifts every day through the entire season, the decision to operate lifts and terrain on the mountain is dependent on favorable visitation to justify continued operations.
