Lost and Found
Lose something? It may have been turned in to our Lost and Found located at the concierge desk. Items in the lost and found are kept behind concierge for one full week, then they are bagged up and held on to for one more week and after two full weeks items are donated to charity. We generally receive more than 100 lost items per week, so we only have the capacity to hold on to things for two weeks. We highly recommend labeling your gear with your name, phone number and email address, so in the case it gets turned in we can easily contact you.
If you've lost and item you can swing by the concierge desk and we can check on it for you. If it hasn't been turned in yet make sure to fill out a lost item report so we can contact you if it gets turned in. If you get home and realize you've lost something, you fill out the lost item report below, or call our concierge desk at 503-337-2222 ext. 1200. If we are unable to answer, please leave a detailed message.
