Welcome to Matt Stine, our new Executive Chef. Matt is very familiar with serving up delicious and nutritious meals for hungry snow sports enthusiasts. For the past 16 years he’s worked at Stevens Pass. He has a life time of experience in the culinary industry and we’re looking forward to the flavorful entrees and convenience food he’ll be cooking up for us this winter.
We caught up with Matt at the opening of Altitude last Thursday and he took the time to serve up some details about the upcoming winter.
