Mt. Hood Meadows makes it easy to to enjoy some of the best terrain on Mt. Hood with a new pass that combines the best of a midweek pass with a night pass and adds early and late season weekend access. The pass rewards those with flexible schedules who can avoid the peak crowds on weekends and holidays with an incredibly low price - just $379 ($299 for ages 15 - 24) when purchased before November 7, 2016.
On peak days the pass is not valid from 9 AM - 3 PM. Those days represent the most popular (and most crowded) days on the mountain including the holiday period from December 17 through January 1, weekends in January and February and President’s and MLK Mondays. But even on those days the Value Pass can be used after 3 PM for night skiing. This is an incredibly low-priced pass, paying back the passholder in just five visits.
Meadows Executive Director of Communications Dave Tragethon expects the Value Pass will change some skier and snowboarder visitation patterns from peak weekends to less crowded midweek and nights. “We’ve purposely priced this Value pass almost one third less than our Unlimited Passes to encourage guests to shift their days, or even the times on a peak day they choose to ride. They are rewarded with a better price, and that means less peak day crowding. We believe this pass at this price with this access will move the needle, spreading out visitation and improving the experience for all guests on the mountain.”
Value Passholders are also enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards program, so every dollar spent at the ski area restaurants, sport shops, rental center and ski and snowboard school earn valuable redemption rewards.
The Value Pass can be purchased online along with Meadows Unlimited passes and other specialty passes. Most have early season pricing which increases after November 7, making it easy and affordable for you to make Meadows your mountain home this winter season.
