Mt. Hood Meadows invites passholders to a special appreciate day this Friday, January 16th. Passholders who attend will receive 1000 bonus loyalty rewards points when checking in at Vertical in the afternoon. We’ll also be awarding prizes every half hour from 1:30 - 5:00 PM in Vertical to passholders, and purchases made in Vertical that day will earn double loyalty rewards points.

Ducks Pride Day at Mt. Hood MeadowsMT. HOOD, OR (Immediate Release) – Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort has declared Tuesday, January 13 "Oregon Ducks Pride Day" in recognition of their monumental season. Resort spokesman Dave Tragethon says Meadows is proud of the University of Oregon football program, saying, "Their appearance in this first ever College Football National Championship Game is an outstanding accomplishment that should bring pride to all Oregonians. Regardless of the outcome of Monday's game, we want to celebrate their season."

Meadows Launches Shipyard Rope Tow

Mt. Hood Meadows has added a new feature to the Shipyard Rail Park - a rope tow that allows freestylers to take continuous laps in the park without having to hike or take a longer chairlift ride. The park has been extremely popular this season and currently has eight rail features for jibbing. The rope tow will make the park more popular and fun, says resort spokesman Dave Tragethon.

Mt. Hood Meadows will host the annual Rotary Ski Night fundraiser Monday, January 19. A special $15 2 - 9 PM lift ticket is available for advance purchase online ($20 night of at Meadows). This is a major fundraiser for the Hood River Rotary’s community service projects.
