Spring events abound at Mt. Hood MeadowsAs Meadows prepares for the forecasted snow this weekend, the resort moves full speed ahead into a very busy spring events schedule.

March 6, 13 and 20: Town Challenge
Friday night recreational racing series designed for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Enjoy Mt. Hood Meadows in a team-oriented, family friendly, recreational racing environment. Participants may race as an individual or as a team. March 13 and 20 dates dependent on night operational status.

March 7: ReRack Rail Jam
The fourth in our series of Shipyard Rail Jams presented by ReRack. Registration at noon with the event kicking off at 3 PM. Free registration, prizes including a Coca-Cola branded snowboard.

March 8-9: Oregon Cancer Ski Out
The 27th Annual Oregon Cancer Ski Out is a two-day event for skiers and snowboarders that combines fun, competition and fundraising with a unique racing format designed to let even novice skiers and rider participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of 5 compete for prizes in a race that rewards consistency and teamwork rather than individual speed.
Proceeds benefit the Knight Cancer Institute, Candlelighters, Providence Willamette Falls Hospice & Providence Hospice of the Gorge, Dougy Center, and Camp Erin.

March 21: Ski for Water
Ski for Water helps ensure more communities around the world receive clean and safe drinking water. Vertical feet skied will be tracked from 10 AM-2 PM. Prizes and the award ceremony start at 3 PM. Join us for a day of skiing, music, food, beer, and fundraising for a worthy cause!

March 22: Spring Demo Day
FREE demos - your chance to try out the latest and greatest from your favorite ski and snowboard companies. Valid credit card or debit card and photo ID (Meadows Season Pass accepted). Parent or guardian’s signature is required for participants 18 years and younger. Boot demos will not be available so make sure to bring your own.

March 22: GRO Ladies Day
The Girl’s Ride Organization (GRO) Snow Ladies Day is a day on the mountain for ladies of all ages and abilities to come together to ski and ride. Meet some new friends, win some fantastic goodies in the raffle and enjoy some time shredding with your fellow ladies! Come join your fellow female riders for a fun day on the mountain. These events will be an awesome time to bring ladies together to inspire, encourage and educate through action sports on the mountain.  Raffles, snacks, ability groups to join and review film with peer teaching. Make new friends, have fun and form your new posse for future trips to the mountain!

March 28: Spring Brew Fest
Mt. Hood Meadows proudly presents the Spring Brew Fest! Soak in the sun and taste fantastic beers. This event is open to 21 and older with a valid photo ID. There will be a raffle every half hour as well as other opportunities to win fun prizes.
If the weather turn wintery that day, the Spring Brew Fest will take place indoors.

March 29: MHM Film Festival
Mt. Hood Meadows presents the Sixth Annual Meadows Film Festival.
The event is a friendly competition to celebrate the beauty of our mountain, the talent of those who ski and ride here and the creativity of local filmmakers. The Sixth Annual Meadows Film Festival will showcase local talent on the hill as well as behind the camera. We want your best footage depicting what this mountain means to you, your friends and your family. A cash prize will be awarded for first place.
