MT. HOOD, OR and DENVER, CO (For Release April 1, 2016) Mt. Hood Meadows and Intrawest officials announced today that their respective season passholders will receive three free lift tickets at each others properties in the 2016/17 season. Meadows Unlimited passholders will receive a total of three free days at Intrawest’s Steamboat and Winter Park Resorts in Colorado. And Winter Park’s Season Pass, Route 40 Season Pass and Steamboat’s Ultimate Upgrade Season Pass holders will enjoy three free days at Mt. Hood Meadows. We are thrilled to be able to offer our passholders a unique opportunity to explore these resorts for free as part of their unlimited season pass benefit. We are also excited to host Intrawest passholders to Oregon’s Mt. Hood! Meadows’ awesome terrain, abundant snowfall and Northwest hospitality will be a great experience that we are stoked to provide. But the Meadows and Intrawest passholders are the real winners with this partnership.”
Intrawest C.M.O. Matt Bowers affirms Mt. Hood Meadows will be a valuable added bonus to their passes. “Our passholders are going to be delighted with the big mountain experience Meadows offers, especially with a season that starts early and goes into May. Meadows is known for massive snowfall and expansive terrain that can challenge all abilities. It’s proximity to Portland and Hood River, Oregon (Sunset Magazine’s “Best Adventure Town”) will also be appealing to our passholders.”
Meadows 2016/17 season passes officially went on sale today, offering any new unlimited pass purchaser access for the remaining scheduled 26 days of this season for free. In addition to the Steamboat and Winter Park free ticket benefit, pass holders will receive immediate enrollment in the resort’s Loyalty Rewards program, the 100 Day Guarantee, 5 Free Days at Mt.
