Categories: Guest Connection Media Center

Campers enjoy nature at Mt. Hood MeadowsMt. Hood, OR (June 3, 2017) - Mt. Hood Meadows will present a total of six mountain camps this summer, adding mountain biking to it’s popular explorer and adventure camp line ups. The popular summer camps are designed for different age groups with the right combination of adventures and learning experiences to forge friendships and a deeper respect for nature.

Kids Mountain Camp Coordinator Josey Rice created the adventures so, “Campers will interact and participate with others in their adventures, celebrating and encouraging each other to be active, proud, daring, responsible and cooperative.” The nature backdrop of Mt. Hood provides the opportunities for adventure and exploration, but interpersonal and life skills are learned along the way.
