SpringSational Events Continue in April at Mt. Hood Meadows

SpringSational events abound in March and AprilMt. Hood Meadows is loaded with events to celebrate Spring on the mountain. These Spring event range from classic to crazy and everything in between and they all promote fun and enrichment on the mountain. Fun-raising events will generate dollars to create more public access to the Willamette River in Portland, celebrate diversity, support the Meadows Avalanche Dogs, and raise money for the Eagle Creek fire restoration project. 

April 13: Pride Day
We are proud to celebrate the diversity of the guests we serve and support this event that raises both money and awareness for the LBGT community.

Suits and Boots event at Mt. Hood Meadows April 15April 13: Suits and Boots
Fundraiser for the Human Access Project which is creating public access to the Willamette River in Portland. The fundraising tickets have all been purchased so the event is already a success! You can join in the fun by wearing a bathing suit and partying at the Mazot! Don’t miss the group photo.

April 19: Chef Collaboration Dinner at Cooper Spur
Join Meadows CEO and President Matthew Drake at this event to talk about the future of Meadows, Cooper Spur and the upcoming land exchange. Seats are limited and the dinner must be purchased in advance.

April 20: Mazot Fest
Adorn yourself in your classic neon and retro fashion, take some runs on the fun slalom course and meet our Avalanche Dogs at the Mazot!

April 26: reVEGETATE Ninkasi Brewers Dinner
Get fueled up for Toyota reVEGETATE weekend with an awesome five-course dinner prepared by Mt. Hood Meadows Executive Chef Matthew Grimsley, paired with beers from Ninkasi! Reserve your seat online!

Final jump feature at reVegetate freestyle event at Mt. Hood MeadowsApril 27-28: Toyota reVEGETATE
Toyota reVegetate presented by Ninkasi Brewing will assemble some of the best freestyle riding talent in the Northwest to compete in Saturday’s rail jam in the base area, and Sunday’s Speed and Style course. Come on up to watch the competition, hang out in the vendor’s pavilion, listen to live and DJ music and enjoy the vibe while raising money for the Eagle Creek Fire Restoration project. 

Spring is fun at Meadows whether you're Pond Skimming or partying on the Sun DeckMay 4: Sno-Kona Pond Skim
Costume-clad skiers and snowboarders take a run at crossing the 90 foot pond right in the base area at our most popular event of the year that will bring the Spring season to an end. Captain’s Orders provides the beach music and there is stoke for everyone fueled by Kona Brewing.

May 25 - 27: Winter Summer Clash
It's the intersection of winter AND summer, with wide open skiing and riding on the Cascade Express Memorial Day weekend. The Daisy and Cascade chairs are scheduled from 8 AM - 2 PM (weather and conditions permitting) with a party on the deck party each day. Overnight RV parking will be available for those that want to make a weekend out of it! A special guided scenic snowshoe tour with uplifting on the Cascade Express will be offered Saturday.
