Sunday we experienced an interruption in service from our credit card processing vendor that affected our webstore. For a three hour period, we were not able to transact season pass or any other online purchase. We have heard from many of our pass holders who were affected by the outage, and unable to make their purchase.
We sincerely apologize for this disruption. We worked closely with the vendor, which was having a system wide outage – this wasn’t just a local problem. We are grateful that service and our ability to transact was restored yesterday.
But we want to give everyone the opportunity to purchase their season pass at the early season price. So we will extend the deadline to make it easier for those affected to transact their pass. The prices will remain at the early season price through Monday.
