As we prepare for our November 30 opening, we want to share our plan for streamlining your experience to get you on our lifts as efficiently as possible. VP of Resort Operations Jeremy Riss and Guest Services Manager Lisa Cordie have all the details. We encourage you to watch the whole video as there is a lot covered in great detail.
The first few days that we operate will be for pass holders only - we won’t be putting any day lift tickets, lessons or rentals online until we understand our guest flows.
- The exception is pass holders from last season who did not renew can use their passes the first three weeks of operation, as well as those that have leftover vouchers from last season can use them the first three weeks of operation (November 30 - December 20, 2020).
This year’s pass holders (including 5 Time and 10 Time Passes) do not need to make a reservation, and if you have your RFID media, you can go direct to lift. When we start nights, Night Pass holders won’t need to make a reservation either. And as we mentioned, those who did not renew their pass from last year have the first three weeks of this season to use their pass, as well as any Bonus Passes or Buddy Tickets left over from last year. Their pass from last season is already valid, so they can go direct to lift.
Those who want to bring a friend using a Bonus Pass, or use a discount Buddy Ticket, can fill out an online form to let us know the date they want to use it. We must receive this form no later than 4 PM the day before you want to use it. We will be sending out emails with this information Friday afternoon or Saturday to those who have Bonus Passes or Buddy Tickets (either for this season or left over from last season). Bear with us, those who have several vouchers will be receiving multiple emails from us. Thanks for your patience!
Those using a leftover voucher from last season between November 30 and December 20, should take the lift voucher to our outside ticket building or to the Hood River Meadows ticket building. If you have a leftover voucher for rentals or lessons, you redeem it in our new Sahale Lodge. We will be sending out emails with this information Friday afternoon or Saturday to those who have leftover vouchers. Bear with us, those who have several vouchers will be receiving multiple emails from us. Thanks for your patience!
Pass Holder Services is closed for this season. We are doing everything formerly done at Pass Holder Services outside at our ticket building, or at the HRM Lodge.
Holiday period day tickets, rentals and lessons will go on sale on our website November 27. This will be for the holiday time frame from December 21 through January 3, so you can make your holiday plans accordingly.
RELOAD your RFID media - it is worth looking for it and digging it out, as you will avoid the lift ticket line and go directly to lift.
We are here to serve you - if you have additional questions or need more information, you can email MHMinfo@skihood.com or call 503.337.2222 x0. Our attendants will be celebrating Thanksgiving at home, but will be available Friday through Sunday to help prepare you for our opening.
You can also stop by MeadowsPDX at 17th and Northrup in NW Portland Friday - Sunday from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM to assist you with your pass access needs.
We will see you here at Your Mountain Home soon!
