Payment processing issue resolved so you can purchase online

12:30 PM UPDATE-- Our online purchasing is back up and running again. We appreciate everyone's patience! We will honor walk-ups for tomorrow (Friday, February 25) as we did not have this repaired in time for the 12 PM purchase time cut-off. Lessons will still be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to an issue with online payment processing, we currently are not able to take credit card payments online - which means we aren’t able to transact lesson, rental, ticket or pass purchases in advance. We have a priority repair request in and are working closely with our payment processing service to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don’t have a set time frame for the repair. We hope to have it repaired today, so we can take advance reservations and payments online going into the weekend.

For today (Thursday), we are not requiring advance reservations, so you can walk up to get your equipment and lift tickets. Lessons are also available on a first-come, first-served basis while instructors are available. If the payment processing hasn’t been restored this morning, then we will also welcome walk-ups on Friday. And we are working on plans for the weekend in the event online payment isn’t working.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Purchasing products online in advance has been a critical first step in providing a streamlined experience to reduce the amount of time it takes to get you on the slopes. We’re committed to improving your experience and will restore online purchasing as soon as we can.

This also affects the sales of Spring Passes, which were launched this week. We appreciate your patience - and we will be back to taking your orders online soon.
