Refund Policies
2022-2023 Date-Specific Single Day Tickets, Lessons & Rentals Refund Policy
- These products may be refunded back to a credit card or stored value if requested to Mt. Hood Meadows within 24 hours of purchase and as long as the request is made more than 48 hours ahead of the selected product date
- Products may be returned for a full credit to stored value if the request is made at least 48 hours ahead of the selected product date
- Once it is within 48 hours of the selected product date or if the product is not used on the scheduled date, a customer may be granted a stored value credit for the full purchase price minus a $5 administrative fee per order if the request is made by May 15th of the current season
- All products are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant named during product purchase
- After May 15th of the current season there are no refund or credit options available for these types of products

2022-2023 Non Date-Specific Lesson, Rental, and Lift Ticket Product Refund Policy
2022-2023 Consecutive Week Program & Camp Purchases:
- Consecutive-Week Programs may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been used.
- Consecutive-Week Programs may be refunded if requested at least 48 hours ahead of the program start date.
- In the case of an injury that prevents participation in a program, a pro-rated refund may be given for the missed program dates with a doctor’s note to verify the injury prevents participation.
- In the case of a program cancellation by Mt. Hood Meadows or the program organizer a prorated stored value credit may be given if the participant cannot make up this missed program date.
- All products are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant named during product purchase.
- After May 15th of the current season there are no refund or credit options available for these types of products.
- A maximum of one make-up lesson is available for a participant that misses part of a program if that participant's purchase includes a lesson.
- Rental and Lift portions of the program purchase may be made up anytime after the missed program date during the current season when the access is valid.
- There are no refunds or credits available for missed program days.
- There are no refunds, credits or makeups available for the bus portion of the program in the event of a missed bus.
2022-2023 Private Lesson & Clinic Refund Policy
- These products may be refunded back to a credit card or stored value if requested to Mt. Hood Meadows within 24 hours of purchase and as long as the request is made more than 48 hours ahead of the selected product date.
- Products may be returned for a full credit to stored value if the request is made at least 48 hours ahead of the selected product date.
- Injury: A pro-rated refund may be given for the missed dates with a doctor's note to verify that the injury prevents participation.
- Private Lesson refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee if requested within 48 hours of scheduled lesson or after missed lesson.
- In the event a camp is missed without a refund being requested 48 hours before it is scheduled, a customer may be granted a stored value credit for the full purchase price minus a $5 administrative fee per order if the request is made by May 15th of the current season.
- Clinics missed without a refund being requested may reschedule the clinic on another day the clinic is being offered or the customer may get a credit to stored value.
- All products are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant named during product purchase.
- After May 15th of the current season there are no refund or credit options available for these types of products.
- Winter Camps: A maximum of one make-up lesson is available for a participant that misses part of their camp.
o Rental and Lift portions of the program purchase may be used anytime during the current season that the access is valid.
- Summer Camps: No make-up dates are available for missed days.
- Season Passes are non-refundable without Pass Protection even when not used or picked up.
- Pass Protection is offered to every one of our guests who purchase a Season Pass including the Value Pass, 5 and 10 Time Passes, Business to Business Passes and Progression Passes.
- Season Passes are non-transferable to other people or seasons.
- Season Pass refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of original injury/diagnosis, job/military relocation or moving.
- Season Pass refunds must be backed up with documentation from physician, personal orders or change of address from the US Postal Service.
- Complimentary Season Passes are not eligible for any refund or roll-over.
- The last day to request a season pass refund is April 1st of the season the pass is valid for.
- No check or cash refunds will be issued.

2023 Spring Pass Refund Policy
- Spring Passes can be refunded to Stored Value minus the full value of the cost of a ticket for the day you used it and once that value has exceeded the total cost of the Spring Pass, no refunds will be issued.
- Spring Passes are non-transferable to other people or seasons.
- Spring Pass refunds must be requested by May 15th of the 2022-23 season.

2022-2023 Culinary Event Refund Policy
- These products may be refunded back to a credit card or stored value if requested to Mt. Hood Meadows within 24 hours of purchase and as long as the request is made more than 24 hours ahead of the selected product date.
- Products may be returned for a full credit to stored value if the request is made at least 24 hours ahead of the selected product date.
- Once it is within 24 hours of the selected product date or if the product is not used on the scheduled date, there are no refunds.
2022-23 AAI Level 1 Avalanche Course Refund Policy
Mt. Hood Meadows must have written notice of your cancellation or course exchange by emailing refunds@skihood.com. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your registered course (marked by the date of the intro evening Zoom session) are eligible for Stored Value or a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Course exchange requests made more than 30 days before your registered course are permitted at no cost. Cancellations or course exchange requests made within 30 days of your reservation will be permitted minus a 30% administrative fee.
Recreational Level Courses: Cancellations made within 7 days of your course start date and/or “no shows” are non-refundable and no reschedule option will be available.
If a course is canceled by Mt. Hood Meadows for any reason, the participant has the option to reschedule to another course, be refunded via Stored Value for the value of their course or be issued a full refund.

2022-23 Park and Ride Bus Refund Policy
- Park and Ride bus purchases are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
- All Park and Ride bus sales are final
