Private Lesson Inquiry

Our Private Lesson Inquiry is the first step toward reserving your private lesson. Please submit all private lesson inquiries at least 48 hours prior to the date you are looking to reserve your lesson. Be prepared to provide a credit card to hold your reservation if we have the availability you are seeking.

Please Note- This inquiry is not an approved request. Our team will use the information provided to seek out a private lesson experience that suits your needs, but we cannot guarantee availability. Our staff will reply as your requested lesson date approaches with more information on a potential reservation. We receive dozens of requests each day, so please keep in mind that it will take us several days to respond to your request.

Check-in and Cancellations

If a member of our team has confirmed your reservation, we will be able to complete your purchase during check-in on your lesson date. Check-in is recommended at least 90 minutes prior to your lesson time if you are renting equipment and no less than 30 minutes prior if you have your own equipment. The Private Lesson Check-in Desk is located in the Sahale Lodge on the main floor at the far left sales station. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing us at privatelessons@skihood.com or will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
