Winter Overnight RV Parking

Meadows maintains up to 14 overnight RV parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. RVs must be self-contained as no services or utilities are available. Vehicles require a Sno-Park Permit November 1st - April 30th (sold at the resort), as well as an over night parking permit at no additional charge. The overnight parking permit is issued from one of our Parking Lot Staff or from the Department of Public Safety Team.

The Overnight RV Parking space is located in a designated area in the resort‘s Sunrise Lot. A maximum three consecutive night stay is allowed within any five night period. Those parking overnight may be asked to move their vehicles for plowing during snow storms (we apologize for the early morning interruption but at least you'll be up for first tracks)!

Overnight campers are expected to "pack out what you pack in." Be prepared to contain your own trash and garbage and haul it out with you. We appreciate you helping us control litter, particularly in the parking lots!

Happy fresh tracks!

There will be some changes to our parking lots and RV Row. Watch the video to learn more and check out our FAQs below!

How many RVs are allowed in RV row? We maintain 14 spaces on a first-come first-served basis, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

What permits do I need? Sno-Park permits are required in all of our parking lots from Nov. 1 to April 30 (sold at the resort). You will also need an overnight parking permit, issued by one of our Parking Lot Attendants or Department of Public Safety team.

What do permits cost? Information on Oregon Sno-Park permits can be found here. Our overnight parking permits are issued at no charge.

How long can I stay? A maximum three consecutive nights within any five-night period.

I have a Sprinter van. Can I just park in the main lot? Sprinter vans may park in the main lot for day access only. If you are staying overnight, you must park in the designated RV row section of the Sunrise lot.

Will shuttle service be available? We have do have shuttles that run from Sunrise during peak hours when the resort is busy. However, shuttles are not always available. Guests may hike up the runout located at the southwest section of the Sunrise lot, which will take you to the bottom of the Vista Express lift.

Why is there not any RV/camper parking available in the HRM lot? We would love to have overnight RV/camper parking at HRM, but there are a few issues with that. 1.) Too remote: HRM is too far away from the main lodge in case of an emergency. 2.) Poor or no cell service: Reception is poor in the HRM lot, which makes calling out in case of an emergency difficult or impossible. 3.) Ski runs: There is no night skiing in the HRM section of the resort, whereas the Sunrise lot allows guests to ski and ride back to their RVs during night operations.
