Refund Policies

 

Online Daily Lift Ticket Purchases:

  • Lift tickets may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been used
  • After 24 hours from purchase lift tickets are non-refundable and customers have the following options
    • The ticket may be used anytime the access is valid during the current season
    • Customer may get a credit to stored value which may be used for a future purchase if the request is made by May 15th of the current season

Consecutive Week Program Purchases:

  • Consecutive-Week Programs may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been used
  • Consecutive-Week Programs may be refunded if requested at least one week ahead of the program start date
  • In the case of an injury that prevents participation in a program a pro-rated refund may be given for the missed program dates with a doctor’s note to verify the injury prevents participation
  • In the case of a program cancellation by Mt. Hood Meadows or the program organizer a prorated stored value credit may be given if the participant cannot make up this missed program date
  • A maximum of one make-up lesson is available for a participant that misses part of a program
    • Rental and Lift portions of the program purchase may be used anytime during the current season that the access is valid
    • There are no refunds or credits available for missed program days
    • There are no refunds, credits or makeups available for missed buses

​Camp Refund Policy

  • Camps may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the camp has not yet started
  • Camps may be refunded if requested at least 48 hours ahead of the camp start date
  • In the case of an injury which prevents participation in a camp, a pro-rated refund may be given for the missed camp dates with a doctor's note to verify that the injury prevents participation
  • In the event a camp is missed without a refund being requested 48 hours before it is scheduled, no refund is available and the customer may get a credit to stored value, which may be used for a future purchase if the request is made by May 15th of the current season
  • For Winter Camps Only: A maximum of one make-up lesson is available for a participant that misses part of their camp
    • Rental and Lift portions of the program purchase may be used anytime during the current season that the access is valid
  • For Summer Camps: No make-up dates are available for missed days

​Daily Lesson, Rental and Clinic Refunds

  • Daily Lesson, Rental or Clinic purchases may be refunded if requested by 4 PM the day before the lesson, rental or clinic is scheduled
  • In the event a scheduled Lesson or Rental is missed without a refund being requested by 4 PM the day it is scheduled, no refund is available and the customer has the following options:
    • The customer may reschedule the lesson or rental on another day during the current season
    • Rescheduled day must fit the same criteria as the original product purchase: IE a night lesson may only be scheduled for another night
    • Customer may get a credit to stored value, which may be used for a future purchase if the request is made by May 15th of the current season
    • A voucher is placed on the customer's profile for the products missed to be used any applicable day for the rest of the seaosn
  • Clinics missed without a refund being requested may reschedule the clinic on another day the clinic is being offered or the customer may get a credit to stored value, which may be used for a future purchase if the request is made by May 15th of the current season

​Season Pass Refund Policy

  • Season Passes are non-refundable without Pass Protection
  • Pass Protection is offered to every one of our guests who purchase a Season Pass including the Value Pass, 5 and 10 Time Passes, Business to Business Passes and Progression Passes
    • This $20 product covers the passholder if there is a season ending injury or illness, or relocation of 250 miles or more. It will provide the option for a prorated amount back. Passes cannot be refunded for any other reason
    • Pass Protection is an opt-out product on our website and at the resort and can be added on up to 7 days after the original pass purchase
  • Season Passes are non-transferable to other people or seasons
  • Season Pass refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of original injury/diagnosis, job/military relocation or moving
  • Season Pass refunds must be backed up with documentation from physician, personal orders or change of address from the US Postal Service
  • Complimentary Season Passes are not eligible for any refund or roll-over
  • The last day to request a season pass refund is April 1st of the season the pass is valid for
