How do I get my voucher numbers for this season or last season? If you did not get an email with your voucher number, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look them up for you. Remember – the last day to use vouchers from the 2019-20 season is 12/20/2020 (with the exception of Sahale vouchers, those expire at the end of the 2020-21 season).
How do I know how many vouchers I have? The number next to the item (example “3 use”) is not the guaranteed number you have left. That was the amount you received for that year. You can email, check at the concierge, ticket booth, Meadows PDX office or call for an accurate number of remaining days.
How do I redeem my vouchers once I have the numbers? You must redeem your vouchers by at least 3 PM the day before you want to come up by using the form* found on this page /store/voucher-redemption. You will need to enter your name, birth date, email, phone number, a voucher type (Buddy/Bonus). When assigning to someone else, when it says “Is this product for you?” you can then assign to someone else by selecting “No”. You will then enter the recipient’s name, birth date, and email address.
*If you are coming to the resort with your guest to use one of your eligible vouchers, you do not need to fill out this form. Please bring your guest to either the ticket booth at the main lodge or at the Hood River Meadows tickets windows to request the use of the eligible voucher for the day.
*If you would like to give one of your vouchers to a guest that you will not be accompanying, please fill out the form and have your guest redeem the voucher at either the ticket booth or the HRM ticket windows on the date of your request.
*If you are requesting a lesson or rental, please fill out the form 48 hours in advance.
Once I’ve reserved my vouchers where do I pick them up? You can pick up your vouchers at the ticket booth on the snow side of the main lodge, or at the ticket windows at the Hood River Meadows Lodge.
What if I need to change the date or cancel my voucher? Please email us at email@example.com or call 503.337.2222 ext. 0. If we are on the other lines and unable to answer, please leave a voicemail so we can call you back.
What is the difference between a Bonus Ticket and a Buddy Ticket? A Bonus Ticket is free; a Buddy Ticket is a discounted ticket: $25 off a dynamically priced adult 7-hour ticket, or $10 off an adult dynamically priced adult night ticket.
What does a restricted voucher mean? Restricted means there are Peak Days when the lift access doesn’t work. Peak Days are December 26, 2020 – January 3, 2021, Saturdays and Sundays through March 7th, and Martin Luther King and Presidents Day.

PASSES AND TICKETS
Are reservations required? Season pass holders don’t need a reservation. Lift tickets must be purchased online in advance by at least 3 PM the day before you want to come up. Lessons and rentals must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance online. We will not sell any tickets, lessons or rentals at the resort this season.

What lifts are included in the Beginner Progression lift ticket? The Beginner Progression lift ticket includes the Buttercup, Daisy, Easy Rider, and Vista lifts, as well as the Ballroom Carpet conveyor.
What days can I use my Value Pass? Value Passes are valid every day, but on Peak Days they won’t work until 2 PM. Peak Days are December 26 – January 3, Saturdays and Sundays from January to March 7, MLK and Presidents Day Mondays. Get all the details on our Value Pass FAQ page.
What if I want to use my Value Pass during the day on a Peak Day? You will need to purchase a ticket to ride during the day on a Peak Day.
When is my Night Pass valid? Night Passes are valid starting December 16, 2020, Wednesday through Sunday nights (from 2 to 9 PM), as well as extended night operations during the holidays. Night operations are scheduled to run through early March.
Do I need a reservation with my USSA Gold Pass? No, but you do need to pick up a ticket from the Concierge Desk.
Do I need a reservation with my Elite Pass? No, you can either purchase a pass and piece of media for $12 for the season, or just a piece of media for $2 and come have it reloaded at the Ticket Booth when you want to use it.
I have a season pass, but couldn’t park in the lot because it was full. Is there anything you can do? We are sorry you didn’t get in the lot. On busy days, we recommend getting here early or planning on coming up in the evening for night skiing and riding.
What if I come up without a Season Pass or lift ticket – can I take my chances? No, sorry lift tickets, lessons and rentals must be purchased online in advance. We will not be selling these at the resort this season.
What if I lost my pass? You can get a new piece of RFID media to replace your lost pass for $2 at the ticket booth outside the main lodge, or at the ticket windows at HRM.
