Meet Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur Mountain Resort CEO Matthew Drake and other members of the Executive Team at this special dinner event. Pre-dinner will feature a cocktail hour where Matthew and other executives will make a short presentation on upcoming planned projects that will improve the guest experience at both resorts and touch on political challenges we face in future developments. The intent of the dinner is to better connect to our customers by sharing this information and hearing your thoughts and opinions both on how we can improve our operation and where you would like to see us focus long term.
The menu will be prepared in tandem by Cooper Spur Mountain Resort Executive Chef Josh Fry and Mt. Hood Meadows Executive Chef Matthew Grimsley. Dinner will include tray-passed appetizers (spring strawberry caprese skewers, bourbon-infused stuffed dates, elk sausage stuffed sweet pepper), foragers salad, choice of four entrees (listed below), and Irish blackberry soup with buttermilk custard for dessert.
