Hood Meadows Executive Chef Matthew Grimsley, paired with beers from Ninkasi! The dinner will cost $69 (price includes gratuity) and features the following menu items and beer pairings: Crispy Fried Clam Strips (Pilsner), Parsnip Bisque (Pacific Rain Pale Ale), Hydroponic Butter Leaf (Prismatic Juicy IPA), Pork Tenderloin Mignon (Hazy Domination IPA), Bittersweet Brownie (Vanilla Oatis Stout).
