Get fueled up for Toyota reVEGETATE weekend with an awesome five-course dinner prepared by Mt. Hood Meadows Executive Chef Matthew Grimsley and his culinary team! In addition, each course is paired perfectly with a beer from Ninkasi Brewing Company! The dinner is $69 and includes gratuity.

Parsnip Bisque - grilled artichoke, citra hops and mandarin essence - Paired with Pacific Rain Pale Ale

Hydroponic Butter Leaf - scallop ceiviche, mango, kiwi, jicama, pistachio and guava honey vinaigrette - Paired with Prismatic Juicy IPA

Pork Tenderloin Mignon - bacon collared, charred pineapple salsa, red chili yams and Brussels - Paired with Hazy Domination IPA

Bittersweet Brownie - smoked berry pot de creme, oat streusel - Paired with Vanilla Oatis Stout
