Double Mountain, Ant Farm and Chef Daniel are joining forces to bring you an awesome dinner that supports a great cause! Double Mountain will be releasing our very own new Private Label A-Zone IPA and Ant Farm will be bringing the bountiful veggies. Ant Farm is based in Clackamas County and offers youth real world job skills in a county that has one of the highest unemployment rates in the state. The Farm has gardens where teens have the opportunity to work outside raising fruits and vegetables from seed to market. We feel that Mt Hood Meadows will be a stellar location to showcase both the amazing produce from Ant Farm and Double Mountain's tasty brews. 

Join us for this lovely meal that includes 5 courses with corresponding beer pairings. This dinner must be purchased online in advance to guarantee your seat

Dinner Menu:

Appetizer - Beer Battered "Citra" Squash Blossoms stuffed with grapefruit goat cheese. Paired with Double Mountain Dry Cider.

Salad - Drunken Caprese Salad - Pilsner infused house made fresh mozzarella cheese, local heirloom tomatoes, garden basil spinach. Paired with Double Moutain Kolsch.

Soup - Red "Lobster" Soup - cream of lobster mushroom soup cooked with IRA (hence the "red" in the name!). Paired with Double Mountain Hop Lava.

Entree - Vaporizer Smoked 18 hour Brisket - local sweet corn and cherry tomatoes, Mt Hood Meadows A-Zone IPA BBQ sauce. Paired with A-Zone IPA.

Dessert - Grilled Peaches and Cream - sour peach glaze. Paired with Double Mountain's Peche Mode (Belgian Sour Ale with peaches).
